How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 15-30 business days for Europe and 15-25 business days for USA after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 3-5 days for tracking to update.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@klixo.com with photos or video of the damage. We will offer a full or partial refund depending on the extent of damage.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us with a photo of what you received and we will send the correct item or issue a full refund.

Can I return my order?

Due to high international shipping costs we do not accept physical returns. All issues are resolved through refunds or replacements. Contact us at info@klixo.com and we will make it right.
