Refund policy

At KLIXO, we work with CJ Dropshipping to fulfill your orders.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@klixo.com with photos or video of the damage. We will offer a full or partial refund depending on the extent of damage.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, contact us with a photo of what you received. We will offer a full refund or resend the correct item.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes from shipment, contact us:
- Europe & most countries: 60 days
- USA: 45 days
- Brazil: 110 days

Please note: If tracking shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, we require an official non-delivery confirmation from your local post office.

RETURNS
Due to high international shipping costs, we do not accept physical returns. All issues are resolved through refunds or replacements. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your order if specifically requested.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Package unclaimed at local post office
- Customer simply dislikes the product
- Delays caused by customs, weather, or other force majeure events
